One day old thin Crescent Moon

A beautiful, very thin one day old Crescent Moon was in the western sky after sunset this evening, with Jupiter and Venus visible higher in the sky. The dark side of the Moon was also visible, lit by the sunlight reflected by the Earth on the Moon.
Equipment: Canon 7D dSLR and Canon 400mm f/4 L series telephoto lens (operating at f/5.6) mounted on a fixed Manfrotto 055 tripod with a ball head
Exposure: 1/25 sec at ISO 800
Conditions: Temperature 7°C, Humidity 55% (no dew). LVM 3.5, Transparency 4/5, Steadiness 4/5, clear skies
