M33 in moonlight

M33 in moonlight

This image of M33 was a very long exposure taken during a tracking test while the moon was quite bright. Hence the bright sky and somewhat washed out appearance of the galaxy. It has been cropped but still shows very sharp stars. I like the effect of the sky tone and the subtle shades of color in the galaxy
2013_10_12-at the VCO with temp 9 deg C and no wind.
Paramount ME with TV127 scope and Canon T3i (modified)
One exposure of 16 min. No darks or flats were used.
Some mild enhancement was applied in Photoshop.
