Messier 101
This is 2h40m of five minute exposures taken with a Canon 6D at iso1600 through a Meade 14" SCT at f10.
This is a really interesting shot, as not only did it capture great details in the galaxy itself, but there are galaxies visible behind the disk almost everywhere you look closely. The hydrogen alpha regions do not 'pop' as the camera is unmodified, but they still show strongly in the arms.
