Mt. Tolmie Nightscape

While attempting to photograph the comet I noticed this interesting light area at the horizon in the northeast. Still trying to determine what this is. Above this area you can see Camelopardalis, Auriga and Perseus. Aside from the bright patch it was Capella near the horizon that drew me to taking this image.

Update: Mystery solved, the Vancouver light dome. Thanks Matt!
