Date: October 4/5, 2009
Location: RASC, VCO Observatory, Victoria, BC.
Equipment: Televue NP127is refractor mounted on a Paramount ME, autoguided with an SSAG camera and PHD.
Imaging Camera: Orion SSPro v1 with a 2" filter wheel, Astronomik 2", 13nm Ha filter. Camera operated with Maxim DLE.
Exposures: Ha: 15, Darks: 3 at 10 minutes each and 25 Bias frames.
Processing: Images Plus 3.50a and Photoshop
Note: Tonight the Moon is 98.8% full and I wanted to see how the Astronomik 13nm Ha filter would perform with a bright back lit sky.
