M57 Wide field
M57, the Ring Nebula is a very small bright planetary nebula in the constellation Lyra. This image has been cropped to show some of the detailed structure and color of this beautiful gem.
2015-10-3 at the Victoria Centre Observatory.
Conditons - 15 deg C with no wind, good seeing and very clear skies.
14" SCT with Canon 6D (modified) on guided Paramount ME Mount.
Exposure - 14 x 4min lights with 10 darks and 11 flats for calibration.
Processing in Images Plus and Photoshop.
