M16 in H-alpha

Image of M16, the Eagle Nebula taken with an H-Alpha filter which shows the glowing hydrogen gas very well. To my eye this nebula looks more like a crab than an eagle but perhaps one that has eaten an eagle which can still be seen in its middle.
