M27 the Dumbell Nebula
M27, the Dumbell Nebula is a bubble of glowing material ejected from a dying star. The remaining star core is seen in the center of the bubble.
Date and location - June 30 - RASC observatory, Victoria BC.
Equipment - Meade 14" and Canon 350D camera on Paramount ME mount.
Exposures -56 lights and 33 dards at ISO 1600 for 60s each.
