On one of the few clear Victoria evenings in February I captured this composite image of Jupiterand the Galilean moons from the Victoria Centre Observatory. The planet and moons were captured separately and combined to make a composite image

Collected 1611 frames at ISO 800, 1/800 sec each.
Aligned and stacked 597 best frames in Registax with additional processing in ImagesPlus and Photoshop.
