The 2017 solar eclipse as captured in Monmouth Oregon with my telescope. The video starts and ends with the partial phases of the event as the moon covered and then uncovered the sun. At totality several sights occur including red solar prominences, a spectacular corona and finally the diamond ring appearing just as the sun started to be seen at the end of totality.
