Jupiters "Great Red Spot" rotates around the planet with an approximately 10 hour period. In this image taken from my backyard on Sept 20, 2012 the spot can be seen moving crossing the face. The conditions were hazy and deterioating so the best view occurred in the image taken at 3:13 AM PDT.
