This mosaic image of the Saggitarius-Serpens region shows the structure of the milky way and a large number of the nebulae and clusters that appear in that region.
Details-
Date and location- 2008-08-03 at Fort Steel BC.
Equipment- Modified Canon 350D with 50mm lens on Astrotrack mount.
Exposure- 3 separate images each 5minutes at f/4 and ISO 400.
Processed and combined to form the mosaic in Photoshop.
