Crescent Moon, Jupiter and Saturn Dec 17 2020

Crescent Moon, Jupiter and Saturn Dec 17 2020

Just days before the Great Conjunction of 2020 Jupiter and Saturn were just under 30 seconds apart.

I wasn't sure if the pair would make an appearance though I was hopeful when there were clear times through the day in between the rain we've been experiencing this week.

This also may be the separation we get to see with forecasts being unfavourable for December 20th - 21st when they will be 1/10th of a degree apart.
