After an evening spent working on the Herschel 400 List, I hiked to the summit of Mount Kobau and took a series of pictures. I then created a panorama depicting the sun rising over Kobau. To the left is a post indicating the peak of Mt. Kobau at an elevation of 1873 metres. In the centre of the panorama, Osoyoos Lake and the town of Osoyoos are visible. To the right you see the tower where the participants of the star party set up camp.
