Bubble Nebula (NGC 7635)
This is two hours and forty minutes of ten minute exposures I captured on the Bubble Nebula in the Summer of 2012. I didn't have the skill to properly process the data at the point and was unimpressed, so I decided to come back to it later.
The image is calibrated with dark bias and flat frames, and stacked/processed in Pixinsight. The Bubble itself can be seen at the centre of the image, and is the result of a bright O star's stellar wind carving out a hole in the hydrogen gas.
