The small nebula shown on the left (7129) and a faint cluster in the center (7142) reside side by side in the constellation Cepheus.
Details
Date and location:- Old 16 inch site at the DAO on Sept 13, 2007. Equipment - Williams 105mm refractor with modified Canon 350D camera on HEQ5 mount. Exposure: 88 light and 49 dark frames each 58 sec. at ISO 1600 plus 25 flat frames. Processing in ImagesPlus and Photoshop.
