ARP 316, Hickson 44

This image is a mosaic containing the 4 members of ARP 316 (Hickson group 44) - namely NGC 3193, the eliptical galaxy in the upper right, NGC 3190, the nearly edge on spiral with prominent dust lane, NGC 3187 below it distorted into a pair of tails by tidal interactions and NGC 3185, the small spiral on the left.

20" f/4.1 telescope at the SDG observatory of Garry Sedun in Arizona.
TV Paracorr coma corrector and SBIG ST2000 XM camera.
Guidescope WO 80mm f/6.8 APO.
