NGC 4725
NGC 4725 is an intermediate barred spiral galaxy about 40 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices. Two other galaxies are also seen in this image, NGC 4712 to the left and NGC 4747 to the upper right.

Date and Location - 2010-06-12 at the Victoria Centre Observatory.
Conditions - clear, 17 deg C, no wind and very good seeing.
Equipment - QSI-Hyperstar camera on 14" SCT.
Exposure - 13-8 minute lights with darks, flats and bias fromes for calibration.
Processing in Images Plus and Photoshop.
