This high magnificaton image of NGC6888, the Crescent Nebula was taken as a test of the imaging available on the Victroia Centre Observatory following a polar drift alignment. The star shapes are very good indicating good alignment.

Equipment: Modifiec Canon T1i prime focus on a Meade 14" SCT operating at f/10 mounted on a Paramount ME, autoguided by an Orion StarShoot Guider and PHD guiding software
Exposures: 15 - 4 min. light and 12 - 4 min. dark frames at ISO 1600.
Conditions: Clear and 20 deg. C.
