Thi s is one of my best piggyback results. The nebula is quite beautiful and has a lot of detail that can be teased out. I used a homemade microfocuser which helped in gettting precise focus and took lots of frames.

Date and location - 2007-10-12 at Astronomy Hill near Victoria.Equipment - Modified Canon 350D with 300 mm lens piggybacked on HEQ5 mount.Exposure - 116 light and 38 dark frames at ISO 800 for 60 s at f4. 20 flat frames were used in calibration.Processing in ImagesPlus and Photoshop.
