Transit of Venus 2012

Transit of Venus 2012

What an observing and imaging event! Watching that little dot travel across the face of the Sun was immensely satisfying given that we had almost given up hope for the past couple of days. I was amazed by the number of people that dropped by the Royal BC Museum site some like me who had waited for this day and others chancing on this unique view of the planet Venus.
